Richard Pinning

Year of Qualification: 1984

Richard is a Solicitor and the Managing Director of the Company as well as Head of the Commercial Property Department.  He has over 30 years’ experience and specialisation in Commercial Corporate and Property work. 

The scope of work Richard undertakes ranges from the acquisition and sale of companies and businesses, to Commercial contracts, Commercial Property (including Landlord and Tenant aspects) and other general Property based work. 

He qualified in 1984 having graduated from the University of Birmingham and then having undertaken Articles with a major national firm.  He joined Clark Brookes in 1986. 

Richard has many well established and long term Clients and for him the most important part of his work is the achievement of Client objectives and the intellectual and practical challenge that those objectives sometimes create.
